When you login to access campaign statistics, we collect user ID and password in order to allow you to view your campaign data. This information may be used to help target relevant messages and products and services to you.

Essential Marketing Solutions and Summit Series web sites. This information will be used to provide you with the email communication you requested. In addition, Yahoo! Media Sales may send email to current or recent Yahoo! Media Sales clients about events, products, research findings and other related information. You will have the ability to opt-out of these emails from links or instructions provided within each message. From time to time, the Yahoo! Media Sales team may contact you with important administrative or service announcements regarding your sales or marketing accounts or other transactional and relationship messages and you may not be provided the opportunity to opt-out of these communications.

Yahoo! does not sell Media Sales client lists. We may share your information with selected partners, vendors, agents or others who work on our behalf, in order to send communications on our behalf, for promotion and sweepstakes fulfillment, to conduct research, to enhance our products or offerings, or when we have your permission. Yahoo! Media Sales uses DoubleClick as our email delivery provider to send email marketing messages to our sales and marketing clients on our behalf.
